I’m Theodora, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in music therapy and a focus on trauma-informed, relational care.
I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. Together, we make room for what feels difficult—with curiosity, compassion, and care.
My approach brings conversation together with somatic awareness and creative practices, including music and guided imagery, at a pace that feels right for you.

This work is grounded in trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches, supporting you in understanding patterns, processing emotional wounds, and developing a deeper sense of stability within yourself.
